My initial experience with real estate began with selling my beloved 1960s surf van for the down payment of the first home my wife and I purchased together.
We completed a full renovation of that home and sold it a short time later at a significant profit. The sale allowed us to upgrade to our next home and, upon its sale, pay off over $200K in student loans. After experiencing firsthand the profound impact of smart real estate investing, I was hooked and love helping others improve their lives through real estate!
While I have experienced the power of real estate, I have also experienced the uncertainty and angst that can be part of the process. Fortunately, it doesn’t need to be that way! As a full-time real estate professional, my role is to mitigate potential stress by providing the latest market data for informed decisions, managing transactions with proven systems, and communicating closely with you every step of the way. Ultimately, my goal is to give you the clarity and support you need to make the best real estate decisions for your life, and for you to enjoy the process.
I live in Edmonds (Picnic Point) with my wife, Kaley, our two children, Avett and Finley, and our golden retriever, Ruby. You will often find me with my family at kids’ soccer games, the beach, farmer’s markets, or enjoying community events. I love spending time on home renovation projects, reading, and doing just about anything outdoors, including cycling, hiking and water sports. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Prior to real estate, I practiced physical therapy for 9 years so additionally I hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
